Hotel is well managed and pools are very clean. This is very close to walking street and too close to local market, also nearby to Pattaya beach. We enjoyed our stay here and my kids were very happy with pool rides. Good Indian food options during breakfast and a lot of Indian restaurants close to this hotel. This centre for shopping food and beach view.

this hotel has great location it is near to Walking street and beach and you can go all mall with Toktok easily . cleanliness of the hotel is good and it has nice yard . But most of the passengers are Indian and if you don't like them and their behavior it is better change hotel.

I spend in Nova Platinum Hotel 2 months every year since 2011 ( this is my 21st visit, altogether around 630 days). I claim with deep conviction and satisfaction that Nova Platinum Hotel remains the best Hotel in Pattaya (before I had visited some other Hotel, so I can compare). I'd like to underline very important highlghts of this Hotel: moderate prices and at the same time high living standarts, comfortable clean rooms, unbelievable great location (very quiet area and at the same time 8 minute walking distance from famous Walking Street), very good restaurant and exotic swimming pools. Very important is that highly qualified and friendly people work here: charming ladies at the reception and others ready to help you to solve any problem immediatelly and any time day or night. Many kind words deserves highly professional Administration of the Hotel providing that you enjoy life here. I think that you will hardly find any other hotel in Pattaya with full combination of such advantages. This year I have remarkable event for me :my son has come to Pattaya and of course he stays in Nova Platinum Hotel in separate room. He is 34 with significant travelling experience. Like me he is in comlete delight of the Hotel. Expressing my deep gratitude to the Administration and all staff of the Hotel, I say again that Nova Platinum Hotel really became second home to me and I will be devoted only to this Hotel during my next visits to Pattaya. Not a family or a good option in Pattaya .

Do not go by picture of hotel. The hotel has 3 building. One building is just adjacent of road . That is old and smelly building. The bathroom are in very poor condition. If you can afford a few more bucks and are with family,do avoid this hotel . Breakfast option are very less. While checking in please ensure your towels and bedsheet are spotless. Because when you check out they will come with spotted towels and bedsheet and ask for 200-800 bhat fine .it is 4 Star only on website.

One of the worst and fraud hotel of pattyaa they come to room for cleaning and changed bad bedsheets and ask for money very bad service staff behaviour also not good and if we ask and complaint didn't listen or not proper replying advise not to book
